SRC was formed in 1990 and grew into a premier provider of information management services. A company focus on "Service First" allowed SRC to grow from a small 10,000 square foot facility to 60,000 square feet in Lansing, Michigan and another 20,000 square feet in Flint, Michigan.
ISCC purchased SRC in 2008 and has expanded the products, enhanced the security and provided the deep resources of a national provider of professional information management services.
SRC's ownership group understands the importance of local leaders having the ability to make decisions regarding the provision of service to their clients. When you call SRC, the phone rings in Michigan and is answered by an SRC professional. Calls centers in faraway lands and electronic operators are not a part our "Service First" philosophy.
Our Michigan General Manager is Tom Gheen. Tom has over 8 years invested with SRC and has played a vital role in the evolution of the company. During his tenure, he has personally experienced each aspect of the operations and management of a successful records center. Tom's commitment to quality and service stems from his keen understanding of the service industry. With his "hands-on" management style, today Tom leads our Michigan team of professionals dedicated to serving our customers.
Our Flint Records Center Manager is Elgin Sauls and he has been with SRC since 2009. Elgin is responsible for the day to day operations at our Flint, MI facility and has over 20 years of experience in the records management industry.
