Safe Records Center is a full service professional information storage company. We provide a secure, climate controlled site for all of you off-site information storage needs.

Managing 60 million files and knowing where each one is sounds intimidating to many. The latest software and state-of-the-art barcode tracking methods make our jobs much easier.

Each box is assigned its own unique barcode tracking label. Anytime a box or file is put into storage, it is scanned so we know exactly where it is, when it arrived, who sent it, and which employee handled it.

Specialty storage such as X-ray, film, and open shelf filing are also available.
|
|
Above each rack are early smoke detection and fire suppression systems.
|
|
Our facility is monitored 24 hours a day by an outside firm. Each entry point into the building is alarmed and equipped with motion detectors.
Clients can pick up documents at one or our two locations or we can securely deliver files or boxes right to your desk.
